I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Wasilla, Alaska. I obtained my Master’s of Science in Social Work at the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2019 with an emphasis on the Treatment of Trauma. I also attended the Integrative Psychiatry Institute to become certified in Ketamine Assisted Therapy to treat certain mental health disorders in 2024.
I specialize in working with first responders, active duty military and Veterans, individuals who have been impacted by the criminal justice system (survivors and offenders), anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, personality disorders, and bipolar disorders.
I served in the U.S. Military for 8 years as a first responder. I have a passion to serve those who serve us and their families.
I am deeply rooted in an empathetic approach. I know counseling can be tough and create a nonjudgmental environment. My approach is patient centered, you are the expert in your life. I like to highlight your strengths to help you meet your treatment goals.
I have also partnered with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy to appropriate individuals to treat certain disorders.
Payment Options
Mind Body Connection will submit claims to the patient’s insurance on their behalf. Mind Body Connection is in network with the listed insurance companies

Mind Body Connection also accepts patients who are out of network.
Fee Schedule:
- CPT Code 90791 (Assessment of client, completed once a year): $250
- CPT Code 90837 (53 minutes to 60 minutes): $200
- CPT Code 90834 (38 minutes to 52 minutes): $180
- CPT Code 90832 (16 minutes to 37 minutes): $160
For Ketamine Assisted Therapy, insurance typically does not cover expenses related to medicine sessions. In these cases, Mind Body Connection will give the patient a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. It is important that each patient discusses this with their insurance company prior to any medicine session to fully understand their payment responsibility.
